「I was extremely disappointed with this hotel. While it is correctly located in the heart of Donegal Town, very little else matched the description. It is advertised as an “award-winning” guesthouse, which was difficult to understand given the overall experience. The rooms were neither bright nor airy, but small, tired, and carried a strong smell of stale grease and dirt. 「The area is beautiful. The hotel is very charming. I would give this 5 stars if the beds and pillows were nice. They were very hard and the coils in the mattress are loud when you sleep. Pillows very flat.」
