"This hotel was a lot nicer than I expected for a hotel airport. We took the airport shuttle to the hotel which was very convenient and the driver was super cool. Hotel was so clean too. Really enjoyed our stay here."

"The worst night of hotel stay I’ve ever experienced. Highly recommend that no one ever stay at this hotel. It was very noisy all night and the night manager did absolutely nothing to improve our situation."

"No airport shuttle although it was one of the highlighted features, and main reason why I had booked the room. Restaurant food and service were good and the night porter was helpful. Room is outdated, the phone didn't work, tv was plugged out, and when the heating turned on, there was a loud dripping noise. The service from all staff was attentive and polite, apart from the receptionist. If it wasnt from the initial contact with reception, I would have left happy given the price paid. The main issue was because when I asked about the shuttle, I was told bluntly that it hadnt been in operation since covid, six years ago. I then asked what takeaways would deliver and she said they don't allow takeaway into the hotel. "

"The room was not large, but adequate, and the bathroom was modern with a nice, heated towel bar to dry your swim trunks if you choose to use the pool or hot tub next door. Breakfast was very good though there is no lunch or dinner served. The one walkable restaurant, The Black Bull, was a good choice. I would stay here again."

"The general condition of the hotel was poor and it just seemed cold and dirty with a lack of pride taken in the hotels building and the guest rooms. The Hotel room was very warm, it seemed like the heating was constantly on as the radiators were always very hot and it never felt like they were getting cooler . You couldn't sleep at night it was like a sauna. We tried to move the temperature setting on the wall gauge in our room but the gauge started to constantly make a ticking noise every 2 minutes and this went on and on for a long period of time, so we had to change it back again for it to stop ticking. There were bits of carpet missing in our room, the floor area around the door had no carpet which was a safety hazard. Toilet wouldn't flush properly. Staff were ok but could be a lot better. On a positive note the location right by the beach and sea is great and it's a lovely setting, although it doesn't really make up for the let down of the hotel as I probably wouldn't stay here again. We were left disappointed, as what we had seen on the hotel website with how the hotel, its guest rooms and the overall way the hotel is marketed was a little misleading. I never am one to leave a review and certainly not a negative one, although as we were so disappointed with are overall experience, I had to write one on this occasion. "
