「Everything was great」

「Very pleased with my stay, the Gentleman at the reception was extremely welcoming - shame I didn't ask his name, but he was very kind and helpful, even though I arrived at midnight he gave me all the information about the hotel and showed me where my room was. He also stayed for another couple of minutes to make sure my card key is working and I'm in the room, safe and sound. Thank you! 」

「Room was clean, bathroom clean, lovely fluffy white towels. Enough packing places in the car park. Breakfast was lovely and fresh, only found out on our second day of stay that I could have requested a tea pot. I also suggested instead of bowls with marmalade/jam, could small pots be provided to put the jam into. Two complaint, one resolved, we only had one bedside lamp on the first night, I let reception k ow and on the second day a second lamp was delivered. Main complaint was the the TV...

「游泳池和gym好舒服，晚上和第二日早上都有去，更衣室設備齊全，有按摩池和桑拿。 房間有點熱，但有配備額外的風扇，沒有很辛苦，感謝酒店晚上提供免費的雪條。 停車位已包在房價內，如果付費的話是£5一日。 窗台有點髒，房內也沒有內線電話，有一點不方便。但主要為了游泳池而來，而且房價便宜，整個旅程過得很不錯，前台服務很好，非常友善。 不用自助入住，有職員為客人check in。」

「Room was clean and comfortable. I can understand the complaints about the room being warm but it did not bother me as a fan was provided in the room which was fine. Very convenient for Humber Bridge walk and Hull City Park n Ride. The whole feel of the place would be greatly improved by investing in ground keeping, weed spraying etc. Breakfast was ok for the price. I would stay there again. 」
