「Es ist ein sehr schönes Hotel, sehr zum empfehlen.Personal sehr freundlich, vor allem die freundliche Dame am Frühstücksbuffet. Frühstück mega lecker hervorragende Auswahl hat an nichts gefehlt. Zimmer auch sehr schön (hatten ein Superior Zimmer). Straßenbahn direkt vor dem Hotel. Kommen gerne wieder.」

「The staff are helpful. Almost everyone spoke English (not that I expected, but it was nice not to use a translation app). They asked me a few questions about why we were there and told us the easiest and cheapest way to get there. When our train departed late, they allowed a late checkout for a fee. They even helped when my taxi fell through and got us to the train station with plenty of time to spare. 」

「Wir waren etwas zu früh, durften das Zimmer aber schon beziehen. Die Ausstattung war gut. Es war alles sauber und nett vorbereitet. Das Personal ist freundlich. Das Hotel liegt direkt an den Elbwiesen, die zum Spaziergang einladen, auch das Blaue Wunder ist mit einem Spaziergang zu erreichen. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass das Hotel an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße liegt. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern bleibt der Lärm aber draußen. Wir kommen gern mal wieder.」

「We stayed here for one night. The room was clean. The sound-proof of room was ok, not so good though. Too many big groups made the breakfast room crowded and the food was not able to be supplied timely. We had to wait for the tour groups leave and finally get one croissant. There were less than 10 parking spaces behind the hotel. I have been told that I either pay extra charge to park my car in the hotel's garage or park on the street. 「Das Hotel-Team ist sehr unterstützend und freundlich. Besonders die Flexibilität bei der Verschiebung unserer Buchung ohne Stornierungsoption war äußerst hilfreich. Das Zimmer war sauber und leise. Jedoch für ein besseres Preisleitungsverhältnis wäre es wünschenswert gewesen, ein Frühstück im Leistungsumfang zu haben. Ansonsten top!」

「到达酒店时门口没有站门童提行李，办理入住和前台反应了之后他们立刻帮忙去搬行李。入住的两天里进出都未见过门口有门童。办理入住时有欢迎饮料，房间宽敞干净，装饰和配色漂亮，客房清洁员很可爱，把我们的墨镜戴在房间里酒店小熊的脸上。本来想尝试酒店的米其林餐厅，被告知周五周六都没有位置了，周日周一不营业。所以想来此吃饭一定要提前预约。不过我认为建议酒店是否可以考虑为住客预留几个餐厅位置。酒店位置很方便，附近有一些餐馆和咖啡厅，离商业街和景点也不远，总体来说是不错的体验」

「I had an amazing stay – the facility was great, clean, very spacious and the hotel itself is in a brilliant location. I wish I could’ve stayed for breakfast but had no time.but what really made this stay great was “Lena Haustein ( very hospitable and friendly) and Marc Steir at reception, both these staff deserve a big raise. 「Sehr schönes Romantik Hotel mit viel Charme. Sehr zentral, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehr freundliches Personal und sehr sauber. Das Hotel kann ich zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Das Frühstück haben wir nicht in Anspruch genommen, da doch etwas hochpreisig ( 25€) pro Person. In der Nähe gibt es eine sehr gute Bäckerei ( Schwerdtner). Sehr zu empfehlen! 」
