「The room was reasonably priced and convenient to area restaurants and shopping. We ended up switching rooms as the first room we checked into had dirty towels in the bathroom, a handprint on the bathroom wall, and smear of dirt in the shower. There was also a small piece of ceiling hanging down. The staff was apologetic and gave us a new room, which was far cleaner, however a burn hole in one of the comforters was immediately noticeable and the bathroom counter had a gritty feel to it. 「The places we ate breakfast did not discount for staying at the hotel. The room was nice and clean. We needed a mini fridge and there wasn't one in our room. The traffic was loud outside our room window. Would have been nice to have 2 chairs for us to sit in. The front desk lady was nice and polite. Plenty of clean towels. The lighting in the room was great. It was hard to find parking during the evening. Usually not a big deal, but it was pouring rain for 2 days.」

「First off the price I was given when I reserved the room was less than what I actually paid! After I reserved the room I called the hotel to double check that my room had a Jacuzzi (that's the only reason I booked this hotel in the first place), when I got there my room had no Jacuzzi! Said it had water damage. Didn't give me a discount price since the room I reserved a week ahead wasn't ready. Room wasn't clean. Owner was extremely rude!」

「No staff available. Had to call and wait for them to check in. We entered our room for about 5 minutes then never returned. The room was filthy. Bathroom was filthy with bug in tub. Holes in bathroom door. Beds were dirty with balled up hair on sheets. 」

「The main lights didn’t work at the door. There was roaches crawling on the counter top and in the sick in the bathroom. Comb under the bed mattress that looked like it had been there a while. Floor had dirt all over. Very unclean. Person living in the next room over had pets. Did not stay refused and received a refund.」

「Hotel policy is new towels, fill shampoo etc. and make bed on day 2 and 4. Anything else needs to be requested. Ridiculous for the price. I was alone so I managed even though on late on day 2 I had to ask for towels from another housekeeper and on day 4 ask someone again. What about families? No vacuuming, no toilet cleaning, no clean bed linens? Should be automatically done.」
