We liked the convenience of booking with Expedia. The room was adequate, but not very pleasant in some respects: The furniture (desk, table and chairs were old and scratched up) The bed and other amenities were fine. The inn provided breakfast which was very sparse in their offerings. Again I would say that the facility was adequate for a one night stay. The exterior needed paint and sprucing up. The parking especially for handicapped needs was lacking. My husband had a scooter and there was a small curb to get into the room.

This was probably one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The first room we got was filled with bugs. We got another room and this new one still had bugs, but at least these ones were dead...The furniture was falling apart and at times not even fitting (for example our toilet seat was smaller than the actual toilet). There was also a pair of feces filled underwear in the bathroom as well. Do yourself a favor and spend a little extra money to go to a nicer hotel in the area. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was OK but that doesn’t make up for how uncleanly the rooms were

Management is very nice and courteous. If you call ahead, they are willing to work with you as far as arrival times and all. Continental breakfast was great as well.

They are still doing upgrades to this property. Our room was very nice and clean. We had a non-smoking room, the only problem was that the comfort had burn spots due to someone smoking. The staff was friendly and polite. We will return later to see the progress of upgrades. We look forward to staying in the future

Was rude service had bed bugs, didnt feel safe in the environment. They come knocking on your door asking you when are you leaving hours before check out time. Very horrile place should be shut down

The staff was very kind and that was appreciated. The property is covered in trash. The room was filthy. Things like the light switches were covered in grime. Our room was labeled “non-smoking” but the smoke smell was so heavy it burned our eyes and our bed covering had holes burned into it.

Over night stay.

Very much not a sanitary place. The room seemed like someone straighten it up but didn’t sanitize. The refrigerator was nasty sheets were dingy brownish white. But it was expected. The front desk clerk was friendly.

There was no bathmat or anti slip in the tub andmy father in law slipped not much concern was shown for that. (No bathmats are available either) Heater took forever heating up-was told it's a big room- but I am a former housekeeper/front desk clerk and that wasn't to big of a room for that heater system. Coffee kurig not cleaned. Clea yes, convenience yes, breakfast good- but other than that no for return stay.

Much of the place was in disrepair with broken machines and trash and debris littering the premises. Common areas as well as our room had caked on dirt. The blanket and comforter had a foul odor which was so bad that we used our “ball field blankets” from our car. The room was not cleaned and towels were not replaced. When I called the front desk that evening for fresh towels I was told it was my fault for not asking earlier as the laundry was closed for the night. I will say the shower was hot and the bed was comfortable, but that does not outweigh the negative things that could be corrected with a general respect for cleanliness. This place has some potential but without some pride, it is only going to continue downhill. In the future, I will use another hotel in the area.

It is a run down property. It looks like they are redoing some rooms due to construction piles on the property. The bed was comfortable. It appeared and smelled clean, although we could faintly smell stale cigarette odor as if it had once been a smoking room. Walls are very thin. We could plainly hear the people in the next room talking. The towels are old and well worn. One had brown stains on it. The young lady that checked us in was very polite and helpful.

The property looks NOTHING like it does online. From the moment I walked in the front door to check in I was concerned. When I opened the door to the room I knew I was not staying. It smelled like dirty construction workers. The AC HEATING unit was filthy literally with dirt and didn’t look to be completely sealed from the outside. I turned around and walked out. When I told the receptionist that I was not staying. She refused to refund my money because I paid through a third party. I left and got a room at the Econo Lodge with great service at check in and a spotless room.

The room was filthy. Unfortunately i arrived late in day after a long day of driving to location unknowing. Didnt notice until i wiped up a spill. I was uncomfortable the rest of the night not knowing besides the floor, what else wasn't clean. I had freshly washed slippers when i got to room. The bottoms were filthy. I wiped them with a washcloth before putting back in my overnight bag. It turned black with dirt. I brought to office when checking out. No apology, no comment at all. This hotel should not be in business. Total ripoff.
