stay away from this place

access to the hotel barred, no alternative roads, no response to phone calls, three hours later we booked the hotel room at quality hotel Drezden and got some sleep before going on our journey the next day ... money out the window .. stay away from this place

Hotel med en god beliggenhed i forhold til Dresden

Vi manglede en overnatning i forbindelse med en bilferie i Wien, Vi har været i Dresden flere gange, hotellet her passer fint med et besøg i Dresden, og der er nemt til motorvej næste morgen. Der var alt hvad vi kunne ønske dejligt værelse og super morgenmad.

Unproblematische Anmeldung durch Hotelomat in der Nacht. Das Zimmer gut, die Betten zu weich, aber das ist subjektiv. Duchr Bauarbeiten und gesperrten Straßen nicht leicht zu finden. Wifi dumme Anmeldung - führt zu Facebook, den ich hasse. In dieser Gegend wäre sicher eine Anmeldung ohne dieser Prozeduren möglich.

Fantastische bedden

Beetje gedateerd maar erg schoon en fantastische bedden, enige nadeel was dat het aparte eenpersoonsbedden waren. Maar dat wisten we van te voren. Ontbijt buffet was sober maar goed. Het enige nadeel was dat het hotel erg dunne dekbedden had.

no reception - big issue

Clean and simple hotel. Worst part is there's no one in reception in the afternoon or at night so you need to use a code to get a key from a machine (after you made the payment for the room by card only). I had a bad experience 'cause I was charged 10euro extra because my card was denied - they said. My card worked perfectly fine when I paid for the room and we had a big disaggrement.

Det var et fint hotel at overnatte på for en enkelt nat. Som vi gjorde. Vi brugte det kun til at sove på til vi skulle køre vidre morgnen efter. Det var en billig løsning og hotellet var et fint nok hotel. Intet at komme efter. Altså bare ikke et luksus hotel.

Irgendwo im Nirgendwo

Das Hotel war sehr schwer zu finden und entsprach keinesfalls unseren Erwartungen. Der Frühstücksaufpreis von 8€ pP ist keinesfalls gerechtfertigt. Wir haben dieses Hotel für eine Städtereise gebucht und sollte lediglich als nächtliche Unterkunft dienen, somit waren auch die Ansprüche nicht sehr hoch geschraubt, selbst als nächtliche Herberge kann man dieses Hotel leider nicht weiterempfehlen!

La posizione è tranquilla. L'unico problema è stato arrivare a causa della strada bloccata ma si poteva ovviare con un altro percorso. La distanza da Dresda è vicina. Peccato che non si possa cenare in hotel visto che alle 18.00 è già chiuso. Non è necessario il contatto con lo staff, quindi si può entrare ed uscire a piacimento. Con una breve passeggiata, leggermente in salita, si può raggiungere il "paese" per poter cenare.

Am Ende der Welt.. aber eigentlich nicht mehr in Dresden. Nur mit Navi zu finden. Wir waren mit dem Auto unterwegs, daher war es uns egal, wo genau das Hotel lag, da wir einen super günstigen Preis bekamen. Wir hatten das Gefühl fast alleine zu sein. Frühstück hatten wir nicht gebucht, da wir viele Termine in Dresden hatten. Sehr ruhig, gute, saubere Zimmer, also alles ok.

Unsere Tage im Hotel Heidenschanze

begannen leider etwas enttäuschend. Wir sind mitten in der Nacht angekommen, was durch den Hotelomaten kein Problem war, und mussten vor dem schlafen gehen erst mehrere Spinnen aus dem Zimmer entfernen (in Bettnähe!). Auch in der Dusche hat uns eine Spinne empfangen (Beweisfotos vorhanden!). Weitere Spinnweben im Zimmer, die nicht in Bad- oder Bettnähe waren und nicht durch uns entfernt wurden, sind bis nach unserer Abreise geblieben (trotz Hinweis!). Auch im Treppenhaus gab es einen regelrechten Spinnwebenbehang. Nun zu den angenehmeren Sachen: Das Frühstück am Morgen war ganz in Ordnung. Das Speisezimmer auch ordentlich und angenehm eingerichtet. Auch das Personal war freundlich. Die Einrichtung des Hotels ist oft schon etwas älter, aber nicht heruntergekommen. Das Hotel ist mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln nicht gut zu erreichen, zumindest nicht, wenn man in die Dresdener Innenstadt will (1x umsteigen oder weit zur Haltestelle laufen). In der Nähe fließt ein schönes Bächlein aber die Nachbarschaft ist auch nicht gerade bestens gepflegt. Bis zur Innenstadt sind es ca. 6 km.

Vi havde nogle problemer med at komme ind på hotellet. Vi ankom ca. kl. 19.00 og da var receptionen lukket. Der blev så henvist til en hotelomat, der stod i indgangspartiet. Man skulle indtaste reservationsnummeret og så ville automaten smide nøglen i en skuffe. Problemet var, at den ikke ville anerkende vores nummer. Efter en opringning til et opgivet telefonnummer fik jeg så at vide at jeg skulle bruge mit efternavn i stedet for! Det virkede;men jeg synes, det var noget forvirrende.Efterfølgende hjalp vi tre andre hotelgæster, som heller ikke kunne finde ud af det. Jeg synes, der på bookingpapirerne burde stå noget om dette, da systemet jo virkede udmærket, når man blot vidste, hvordan man skulle bære sig ad. Med venlig hilsen Ole

Rigtig billigt og helt ok

Da formålet med reserveringen var en enkelt overnatning til en billig pris på vejen sydpå, er vi fuldt tilfredse. Kvarteret, som hotellet lå i var lidt spooky, men indholdet på hotellet var rigtig fint. Rent og pænt, intet at klage over.

Landlig med 15 min avstand fra Dresden sentrum

Dette hotellet ligger veldig rolig, man kjører noen minutter til endestasjonen av trikken nr 3 "Coschütz" rett ned i sentrum. Vi hadde et fint tomannsrom, men selvom vi skrev i bestillingen 2 voksne et barn var det bare 2 senger. Når jeg spurte om en ekstra seng, fikk jeg bare høre at dette var et 2-mannsrom og at det ikke var mulig. Når jeg spurte dagen etter om vi i hvert fall kunne få en ekstra pute og en dyne ble dette ønsket ikke oppfylt heller. Spørsmål om offentlig trafikk og attraksjoner ble heller ikke besvart som jeg hadde forventet det fra hotellpersjonell.

Übler Geruch und mangelnde Sauberkeit

Das Hotel Heidenschanze liegt ca. 7 km vom Dresdens Zentrum entfernt. Wer mit dem Auto anreist und über ein Navi verfügt, kann in 15 Minuten hingelangen. Es ist sehr ruhig gelegen, Parkmöglichkeiten findet man ausreichend. In 800 Meter Entfernung gibt es ein ruhetagfreies, qualitativ ansprechendes und preiswertes Restaurant, welches man über einen Hügel mit Kopfsteinpflaster erreichen kann. Das Hotel selbst bietet außer einem bescheidenen Frühstücksservices und Getränkeautomaten keine gastronomischen Leistungen an. Vor dem Eingang befindet sich ein großer runder Tisch, dort wurde ich schon von lustig sich zuprostenden Herren begrüßt. Die Zimmer sind nicht besonders groß, doch für meine Bedürfnisse ausreichend, zumal Doppelzimmer zur Einzelnutzung angeboten werden. Der Fernseher ist etwas klein und auch die Programmvielfalt bescheiden. WiLan ist leider nur im Rezeptionsbereich vorhanden. Eine Anreise nach 20:00 Uhr führt zwangsweise zum Automaten-Check-In, da die Rezeption dann nicht mehr besetzt ist, Buchungscode nicht vergessen! Beachten Sie, dass Sie nicht die Zimmer 23, 24 oder 25 bekommen, dort hat man, wie in meinem Fall, keinen Handyempfang, ist also nicht mehr erreichbar und muss zum telefonieren das Zimmer verlassen. Außerdem dringt in diese Räume kein Sonnenstrahl, da sie direkt an einem Berghang liegen. Die Sauberkeit meines Zimmers ließ stark zu wünschen übrig. Schon beim betreten des Raumes drang übler Geruch in meine Nase, doch an einen sofortigen Zimmerwechsel war nicht mehr zu denken, da die Rezeption abends verwaist ist. Ein sofortiges Öffnen der Fenster brachte nur geringe Abhilfe. Am nächsten Morgen sah ich, dass ich in einem Bett mit einem Laken voller ausgewaschener Urinflecken gelegen hatte. Mir wurde übel und ich verließ das Hotel...

Wer gern Berg auf über Kopfsteinpflaster läuft, ist es okay.Ansonsten ohne Auto, schlecht

Ohne Navi hätten wir das Hotel wohl nie gefunden. Berg ab und dann noch über Kopfsteinpflaster, man dachte immer, da kann doch niemals ein Hotel sein. Aber siehe da, wer sucht der findet. Ins Hotel kommt man mit einen Schlüssel den ein Computer ausspuckt, wenn man natürlich das Passwort kennt!! Kein Mensch weit und breit. Was uns sehr gut gefallen hat: Dadurch das, dass Hotel weit ab vom Schuß lag, war es wirklich sehr sehr ruhig. Was sehr angenehm war. Keine Autos die stören. Am morgen Vogelgezwitscher, einfach herlich.Die Betten so toll, dass ich es am liebsten mitgenommen hätte. Habe schon lange nicht mehr sssooo gut geschlafen. Das Frühstück war vollkommen ausreichend. Mit dem Auto kommt man super schnell ins Zentrum von Dresden.Im Großen und ganzen war das Hotel in Ordnung und für ein Wochenendausflug nach Dresden wirklich zu empfehlen.
