「I stayed here for a quick overnight after a flight. It doesn't look like much from the outside but the room was clean and new and the bed was very comfortable. Staff were lovely.」

「Found signage for Ramada lacking. Driveway access to property in bad condition. There was a cigarette smoke smell in hallways event with signs on doors stating non-smoking. Hot tub was closed on day of my visit.」

「Overall fun and Cozy place to stay. Pro’s - super comfy bed and pillows - complimentary coffee, water, juice, and snack bar in the lobby - several sitting and lounging spaces around the property, inside and out. - staff was amazing and polite. - right by the Platza for food, drinks, and casual shopping needs - wood fire Sauna (did not uses) amazing amenity to have after a long day. Con’s - rooms don’t have refrigerators, microwave, or coffee - basic room was smaller then showed in...

「The property shows neglect and should be torn down. There are much better options in Cranbrook, as we learned while looking around.」

「The only reason for 4 rather than 5 stars was that travelling with two pets, there was literally no nearby area for them to do their business. Had to walk across the street. Otherwise hotel was great, comfortable, and clean. The breakfast was great with made to order omelettes and hot choices. Would definitely stay here again, just probably not with pets.」

「Nothing really opened until 3pm, and hot tub was super small so we didn’t get to use it as there was a kids birthday party happening. Great facility, I think we were just there off season. Restaurant is incredible.」

「Straight up, I didn’t stay here; I booked it for my 71 year old dad on a ski trip. He drank a beer in the raucous hotel bar where there was live music, was asleep by 10 when the music stopped and the lady that owned the place hugged him goodbye. Simply put, this night’s stay gave him more ammo for story telling than the previous 10 days. Outstanding.」
