"Amazing property, to be honest the fact that it’s the only hotel designed by Karl Lagerfeld was the reason I wanted to stay there, the design is amazing, food is great, staff is great, everything was great"
"Our stay at the hotel was great! The staff were friendly and attentive, and the room was clean, comfortable, and relaxing. I loved the thoughtful anniversary decorations, which made the occasion special. They also allowed a late check-out and provided pillows with the perfect firmness for a great night's sleep. I also enjoyed the gym and spa experiences in the hotel. Highly recommend!"
"You can walk to the old town, and a large casino is nearby. The hotel itself isn't overly large, making it easy to come and go. Having stayed here several times, the staff remember my face. This time, my flight was delayed, so I checked in late at night, but they greeted me with a smile and even upgraded my room! Overall, it's a fantastic hotel."

"Service was over the top amazing, especially the breakfast staff. Kane, Asmita, Rod, and others were excellent. Treated us like family and we will come back just because of them. We wanted to take all of them home with us as our new family members! They were the best part of our stay.
Honestly, this establishment was great, but I cannot say it is the best St Regis property I have ever visited. That said, the service was beyond reproach and the management team was phenomenal. The GM made his rounds and was extremely welcoming, fun, and energetic. There are so many options for luxurious accommodations in Macau, but this is a hidden gem. Small property with top notch service that felt like we were staying with family. Highly recommend. "
"An architectural masterpiece need to be experienced to appreciate the engineering behind the construction! Service and rooms was excellent even compare to other 5 star luxury hotels in Macau! "
"A great hotel, very convenient to walk to everywhere on the Cotai strip; however, not overcrowded like the Venetian. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room controls (lights/sounds/blinds) are controlled by tablets, took a bit to get used to, but ok. Will definitely comeback. "
