「Friendly staff and very clean hotel 」

「斜對角的flight restaurant 很高級也很好吃，但是這一區整體來說，感覺很不安全，走在街上怕怕的，因為有瘋子在街上一直自言自語，也有許多流浪漢，因此感覺很不安全。飯店整棟一整天都有聲音，不定時的出現像是在做工，又像是在搬傢俱，我們住在1001號房，恐怖的是半夜電視自己打開，而且很吵，我們睡到一半爬起來，遙控器在電視旁邊，因為從check in之後沒有人打開過電視，所以更覺得奇怪。房內有廚房及微波爐，可惜沒用到。 早餐有自製waffles 可以現烤，旁邊有Starbucks 可以買。」

「No hot water in first room and had to move after we were all unpacked. The rest of the stay was okay except the noise from the room above 103…believe it was the house keeping room and it was noisy all hours of the day」

「Friendly staff, very welcoming. Breakfast was hot and never allowed to go empty. Great staff keeping an eye on it. Room was spacious and beds were comfortable. Hotel is older so somethings need a refresh. Lobby is well maintaoned. Very walkable location to Beale Street, restaurants and sights. Short Uber ride to Graceland. 」

「When we arrived, the check-in person (name?) told us our room was not ready, so she gave us a coupon for two drinks AND upgraded our room, without us asking! The upgraded room was very large and nice, as were the two drinks!」
