「1. Bad shuttle service! Called the hotel and its operator never told us they only pick up at the blue area! just said the shuttle will be there in any minute. Caused our 50 minutes’ waiting in the chilly midnight. 2. Racist shuttle driver! 「The lady who checked us in was warm, welcoming and friendly. The location is walkable and convenient. The room was very comfortable. Unfortunately one of the glass cups in the bathroom fell and shattered all over the bathroom and entry way. The staff was responsive however missed a few pieces of glass which I stepped on and cut my foot. 」

「There are two disappointing points: 1. Check-in is only available at 4PM. I was driving around and got into a small car accident, that was terrible 2. There is no dedicated parking lot and one bath towel is missing.」
