「Staff are Great, lovely Hotel. Shower was problematic, as soon is it is hot; it’s too hot. So one adjusts it to colder, then too cold, and could not regulate the temperature. Constantly going back and forth; ruining the morning shower experience. It was the same last year as well.」

「It is a very cute hotel in the center of of Cuenca's historic district close to very good restaurants. The neighborhood is safe and clean. That being said, it is a busy loud area and my room had a street side balcony. So if you have sleep issues this isn't a good choice for you. The amenities were few but I did appreciate being able to refill my water. Also, I found the cats adorable but if you are allergic you need to be aware of them.」
