"Great location, clean rooms, friendly staff. The hotel fee is $40 a night, but there were so many free amenities it made up for it. We were given free snacks and water every day and in the evenings there were free wine tastings and a candy bar (depending on the night). They also have bikes and helmets you can use to ride around Boston. Great experience. Will absolutely stay again. "

"My husband and I have been to Boston several times, and this was our favorite place we have stayed yet. The staff were so accommodating and helpful. They gave recommendations and were prompt when we needed something. In addition, the hotel has a coffee bar and refillable water bottle station. I thought both of those added an extra perk to our stay. When we return to Boston, this will be where we stay. I have already recommended it to someone looking for a place to stay at the end of the month. The hotel is also within reasonable walking distance to several activities in the area."

"Every single staff member is either passionate about what they do or just know how to give excellent customer service. I didn’t have any negative encounters but it was so refreshing from the front desk, concierge and restaurant staff to provide the same service. Excellent location! Right outside the door are 2 historic places and there is so much within walking distance such as the Boston Commons and Cheers. Very clean (hallways and room). The only con is I was in a queen (I believe “standard” room) and there wasn’t a body mirror. That’s truly the only con about the entire stay so that’s near perfect especially because I am very picky and did my first solo trip. "
