「Good service 」

「Bathroom door didn’t close properly, toilet paper was very cheap, ice machine on our floor was out of order, prior to booking it would have been nice to be informed that it was under renovation, our room was by the pool and claw machines and there was a group Of young boys screaming and fooling around in the hallways till close to 2 am」

「I didn’t like the fact of having to put down a $20 security deposit for the room. Only reason is I’ve had to fight with hotels in the past to get it back」

「It was close to shopping and easy to get to from the roadway. Also so quiet even though Gretzkey Parkway was close by. Met some lovely people from Newbraska also.」

「Rooms are spacious and clean with full amenities and fixture. The balcony allows us to take in the views and fresh air. The staffs are responsive and helpful from booking to check in with our request and questions. We are very pleased with our stay.」

「All amenities worked perfectly with no trouble. Room was clean and bed was comfy. Place was also quiet despite being close to the airport. Only thing was that the nice staff had to let us in the room but as long as you are staying with more than one person one can just stay back to let the other in. Reviews saying to avoid this place are dramatic, for the price this place went above and beyond what I expected after reading reviews.」

「It's unusual for me to leave reviews, but this time I feel compelled. Upon arrival, the hotel did not seem up to the standards of other Hilton hotels we've stayed in. A towel stretched along base cupboards in the snack area, dusty surfaces around the lobby, and a dank smell throughout. Hallways were dark and institutional, and our room door would not open until we pushed aggressively.
