「My phone number was not set when I arrived. I responded to a request for my number via Expedia. I also call to speak with someone to make sure they had what they needed. I got voice mail and left a detailed message about my arrival and my phone number. When I arrived the lock was not programmed to the last 4 digits of my phone number. The only reason I scored it a 4 instead of a 5 is that breakfast was an additional charge that I did not realize until our arrival and housekeeping texted us about our needs and I requested fresh towels that we never received. 「The toilet seat was broken, they hid the blow dryer in a bottom dresser drawer. Had to ask where it was. Found a bag of tortillas in that dresser. They had a iron but no ironing board again good had to ask. Ran out of breakfast had to ask for more. Not a good experience. Will not book again.」

「Very nice stay! This is a small hotel but has everything you need. It is older, so the furnishings can use some updating, but it was extremely clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was great, better than some of the bigger hotels we stayed at! It also has a pool which was really nice since we were experiencing temperatures in the 90's. It is conveniently located right near I-85 and is also close to some shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend!」
