「Hotel is not fit to house a dog. Blood and semen on the bed, bed made out of wood, exposed electrics, shower door that doesn’t close. Half the building had pigeons flying around inside which we seen as we pulled up. All was reported to reception and asked for a refund, which was refused. We left and booked another hotel! After 2 hours of phone calls to hotels.com they agreed to refund for our booking. 」

「I booked this apartment because the description said it was within walking distance of Sandwich town centre, and the map that was displayed prior to booking indicated it was located off Moat Sole in Sandwich town centre. It was only after I had gone through the booking process for what was a seriously expensive booking, a new address was provided for the property approx 1.6 miles away in Woodnesborough! I have restricted mobility and needed to be closer to the town so I asked if I could cancel....

「We recently attended a nearby wedding and stayed at The Five Bells, an amazing family-run pub and B&B. The family room was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped, with complimentary toiletries that were especially appreciated as we’d forgotten ours at home. Mary and her daughters were incredibly warm and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. We would highly recommend this lovely place.」

「First off, the food was wonderful. We ate in the steak restaurant onsite the evening of our arrival and our meals were truly delicious. The included breakfast was also splendid. The reason I gave the hotel a “good” rating is because our room was not what I expected. It was clean and the amenities were good, but it was small - on the top floor with smallish windows. It seemed like it should be a room for singles, not two people. And while the bed was comfortable, the furniture honestly...

「Great location right on Deal beachfront. We were on the ground floor Addelam Suite. Large room, very comfortable bed, and we had a great night of sleep - no noise from the road / being on the ground floor. Lovely deocration. Plenty of places to eat / grab a coffee nearby.」

The location was excellent, with easy access to local attractions and restaurants. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of options. Overall, the service exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing stay. I will definitely come back in the future.」
