a bit mixed
The room had an amazing view and was quite comfortable. Breakfast was ok but not great. The service however was poor. No customer service skills whatsoever. The chap who checked us in and out acted as though we were a huge inconvenience. What a shame as apart from this we would stay again!

Acacia
staff friendly room clean and serviced every day
only problem kitchen extract exhaust finished by the window which although was locked shut did not seal
It came on at 6am and room smelt of breakfast and later on until around midnight it smelt of malaysian food for that reason I would not stay there again
Kleines Hotel mit 12 Zimmern und asiatischem Restaurant. Kein Lift und enges Treppenhaus. Unser Zimmer war groß genug, das Bad sogar überdurchschnittlich.
Frühstück individuell zubereitet und gut.
Horse - Tram bzw. Bushaltestelle direkt am Hotel.

Not really a hotel
This place should really not refer to itself as either a hotel or boutique. It's a few rooms above a restaurant, that's it. Our room was small but that in itself wasn't a problem for one night, and especially given the price. The bathroom though was tiny and it was almost impossible to get to the sink, and there was mould on the ceiling. The breakfast was great though, really good although there was no coffee available at the time which I find quite incredible. All-in-all, a step-up from your typical Douglas B&B but certainly not hotel class.

Good weekend break
Enjoyable stay, a few minor niggles but I'd happily stay again.
TV winzig.

Good choice if you have a car as 24 hour parking available just across the road. Breakfasts excellent.

Bit of a let down
Room was nothing like hotel photos. Smallest bedroom we have ever stayed in. Described as a "boutique" hotel and each photo shows a couch in the room. Wasn't even space for a dining chair in our room. There was one suite in the hotel and I reckon that is where all the photos were taken. Bit of a con and felt let down as a result. Pity as otherwise the hotel was ok.
Even thought the hotel is hidden between a restaurant and ice cream shop the location was good. The morning breakfast that came with our booking was excellent. The hotel seemed to have been update --- and for the price a great deal during our August stay. Rooms without a view were small --- and nothing fancy.
I would stay there again.
