The front desk person never even apologized or anything, they just said "we'll give you your money back" that was it, no sorry for your inconvenience, no nothing. There was a strange odor in the building, don't know what it was. Terrible experience, and we got out of there as quickly as we could. 」

「Good location. Didn’t get the room we booked because they over booked. No one was at the office on the property at check in. Text us another room number and the code to lock box. It had no key in it. So had to call again and she gave us another room. So was just a little frustrated.」

「The lodging in Decorah is limited and the Quality Inn is a solid, affordable option. This is a good quality, basic, budget hotel. The rooms have been updated and well maintained. The bed was comfortable. The shower was hot with good water pressure. Rooms include a refrigerator and microwave for saving and reheating your leftover Mabe’s Pizza. The indoor pool was small but clean. The A/C was loud but consistent white noise instead of the common issue of continuously turning on and off all night....
