"Crowded hot tub and management doesn’t control the times without guests calling them. They didn’t bother to properly provide roll away beds to guests who had clearly indicated the number of guests. No manager to be found. It’s just new and close to slopes. Other than that, don’t expect too service."

"The room was FILTHY!!!!!!! I was terrified to sleep in bedding with unknown stains, burn holes, holes in the door, bathtub stained with some red red color. Cigarette butt, stains galore on the steps all throughout the outside. It was sketchy on the people that stayed there as well. I wouldn't recommend staying if you have children. "

"Our shower made a high pitched screaming sound. We didn't have hot water for a day. The maintenance person tried to help, but it took a long time for us to get hot water back. We couldn't ask for a refund until the manager arrived back at the hotel the next morning. I've just decided it's better to go with hotel chains that are well-known for being great hotels. "

"I could only have two towels for my room. I would have to exchange towels at the desk each day for new ones. With long hair, I always use two towels, and my spouse uses one. It's an odd rule. I also got a lecture on using a third-party booking site. I have been in worse places, but I've also stayed at much better places for the same price. The location was the best part. "

"Just horrible. Want a closet door? Nope, just sharp broken hinges. Would you like to close your bathroom door? Nope, it's so warped it can't close. But if you did, you'd also be trapped as the door handle is ripped off. Mind you this is a room I got switched to as the first one didn't have heat. In the middle of winter in UT. The whole bathroom had sever mold. And water damage. Sink didn't work and was cracked thru to the list where water just drips on your feet. Hot tub broken, the entire hotel is falling apart. Cut my foot on broken tiles in the hall. Ceiling and wall panels exposed everywhere with wires. Holes in the wall stuffed my toilet paper so the next room over can't look into your room. Burns all over the carpet and bedding. Used to be a nice Super 8 but new owners have destroyed this property. "

"Great location and very friendly staff. Short walk to a local bus stop that goes to Alta/Snowbird and very close to the Park and Ride that goes to the same locations and other major ski areas. Also, 8+ good restaurants, bars/grills and a ski shop within 1/2 mile or less. Decent breakfast too."
