「We were attending bike races. While the resort was beautiful it had its limitations. Very few restaurants were open, also the shops weren’t all open. I understand it’s not their busy season, but there were over 500 people attending the races. We were expecting food vendors, or even food trucks. We had to drive 30 minutes to another town for restaurants and groceries. Convenient for watching the races, but not for other things. 」

「Cute bungalows across the street from the lake and bike/walk to cute town (abt a mile). Easy check in, place was clean and updated. Only cons were no closet or hooks to hang anything. No nightstands so we used the 2 kitchen stools. It’s tight w 2 ppl but we made it work and enjoyed our stay. 」

「Jessica, the manager at Best Western checked me in and I have to say she is amazing. She was very personable and helpful, but what was most exceptional about her hospitality was that she seemed to anticipate my requests and automatically started solving for them.
