「It's a good great away from busy Kuta Lombok. The views are great. There is service from the beach to surf inside and outside Gerupuk. The staff are excellent」

「We absolutely loved our stay at Lobster Bay. Our room was beautiful, the pool was a life saver and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The view from our room and the restaurant are exactly what the photos show, stunning and beautiful. We enjoyed the food, the massages and the staff were all so kind and accommodating. Its a bit of a drive to any of the main shopping areas but very much worth it for the peaceful and private location of this resort. We are already planning a trip back.」

「The hotel seems for a long time not fix and tidy it. Breakfast is ok. But the sofa is too queasiness that i even not want to sat there. Also, the location is too far away with kuta. I can not find out taxi or gojet. Only asking for hotel help. The hotel called a taxi, it is too expensive than blue bird or gojet. I do not have a choice to accept it. It is the place i would never recommend and visit again.」

「Clean and nice hotel. About twenty minutes from Kuta beach. You have everything g you need for a quiet stay at the hotel. Beach pool volleyball and the rooms are clean and quiet ! It does take about 45 minutes to airport and the road is a little off the beaten path but you will love it once you’re there 」

「上次入住，清潔度完全不行，電話上面有鼻涕，廁所沒有打掃乾淨，噁心到極點，反應後，也沒有任何人處理 本來決定不會再入住，但是家人是Novotel 支持者，選擇再給一次機會 所以這次訂的是家庭兩房，一進入房間就是惡臭味，經理到達現場後，幫我們換了新房間。 換了之後，變成新房間有潮濕味，已經懶得反映了。 」

「房間大，也乾淨，除了沒有吹風機這點都很棒，飯店位於KUTA BEACH進來後的右手邊快到底的地方，也是KUTA BEACH海岸線最前排，服務人員每個都很親切，進出都會打招呼，原定機場接送的司機很可惡的沒來，緊急請飯店幫忙，連保全都出動載我們去機場，當然有給錢並且給平時更多一點的費用」

「We stayed in a Villa which was beautiful. Private surrounding but right in the heart of Kuta. Staff were helpful and breakfast was amazing. Not brand new but looked after and not mouldy smell in the room. Our friends stayed next to us and loved their stay also.」

「We were initially a little disappointed by the location of the hotel - which is on a main road and about ten minutes walk from the beach. There were other cheaper hotels closer to the beach which we hadn't found on the internet (but most of them didn't serve alcohol) - indeed we suspect we paid about double what we would have paid if we had booked locally for this hotel. However the hotel staff were great and we ended up having a really enjoyable few days - staff were very friendly and helpful....
