"Property is very nice, clean and staff especially Andres was extremely helpful and friendly! We stayed in room #7 it had a skylight so we got some daylight in the room during the day and wasn’t so dark. The showers ceiling was peeling off & was turning moldy, it had no ventilation only a small window for which couldn’t be opened much because of privacy (room was next to the reception area). Room was stuffy had no windows except for the one in the bathroom, we kept the fan on for most of the time. When booked we overlooked that the property did NOT have AC, luckily it didn’t get too hot however it did rain making it very humid. Good location 3 minute walk to El Mirador and Bus stop was across the street paid 10 pesos to El Centro a 5 minute drive. "

If you are not physically capable, I would not recommend this hotel because it is a challenge to walk to the hotel and most importantly your room. But do not let this sway you from the AMAZING view you get of the city! This hotel was beautiful and peaceful. It’s so nice having very few visitors at a time. I loved our stay here, and will definitely come again."
