「Hotel and room were very clean. Staff was very friendly. Bed/pillows were a bit uncomfortable. Check out at 6am was not pleasant. Desk staff was in the office sleeping and couldn't be found for 20 minutes. Other than the disappointment at checkout, the hotel was great.」

「Took a day trip to Clearwater to decompress before heading back home. Stayed at Sheraton Key Resort based off of availability and the pool/beach. The pool definitely looks better in pictures however it was nice! The beach is beautiful and they have a golf cart drive you the short distance. Chair rentals are not included in the stay. 「Parking is VERY problematic. There is no on-site parking. Their ‘onsite’ parking is several blocks away in a public garage. You will need to roll your suitcase several city blocks and anytime you go out, be prepared to walk back and forth. Getting back from a function and walking through the city at 1am alone was not something I would have willingly signed up for. I will never stay at this hotel for this reason alone. Our group from 3-12 loved the waterslide on the beach & pool with the DJ/kids games was a lot of fun. The beach is beautiful and it perfect for young kids!!
