「Sehr freundliches, aufmerksames und zuvorkommendes Personal. Ausgezeichnete Küche. Die Zimmer sind sauber und werden täglich durch zwei Mitarbeiter gleichzeitig gereinigt und die Betten liebevoll wieder hergerichtet, was sehr schnell geht. Sehr schöne Gartenanlage mit Pool und Naturpool sowie verschiedenen Liegebereichen. Es lohnt sich, Massagen schon vor der Anreise zu buchen, da gut ausgebucht. Vom Hotel werden Wander- und Biketouren angeboten. 」

「Peaceful, relaxing, quaint, elegant. Wonderful staff. Incredible views. A bit warm at night bc no A/C and although there is a door and balcony, not much air circulation. The staff was wonderful though and provided us with a fan. Adorable bar. Breakfast buffet was outstanding! Free bus to cable car. A bit of a drive to Ortesi however. 」

「Molto soddisfatto. Il personale, sia alla reception che in sala colazione, è cordialissimo. La posizione della struttura è molto comoda sia per gli spostamenti via treno che per raggiungere il centro a piedi, o in autobus verso altre località. La struttura in sé è davvero bella. Colazione buona e varia. Pulizia buona ovunque. Stanza adeguata alle mie esigenze. Aggiungerei magari un bollitore in camera. Molto felice e tutto perfetto per questa mia vacanza a Merano, anche grazie all'hotel」

「A very spacious, modern hotel. Aircon was excellent. Facilities in a very good condition. Comfortable bed. Very near to town centre yet nice and quiet.」

「Enjoyed this property, even with a 0.75 mile walk to get there from where the bus dropped us off, not a problem and it was near enough to restaurants, plus they serve dinner. Staff were very friendly, and they gave us Sud Triol bus passes that got us free rides in the area for 7 days, very nice!」

「Lovely attentive staff. Unloaded luggage at the rear of the hotel and with help of great directions parked across the river in the secure underground parking at the Thermal Baths. Easy 5 minute walk back to the hotel lobby. Great spot!!」

「Utrolig venligt personale, man mærker virkelig familehyggen på dette hotel. Hotellet ligger i gåafstand til Lago di Carezza, Aftenmenuen var lækker med 4 retter dejlig italiensk mad. Stort vinkort. Kan varmt anbefale ophold på dette hotel.」
