"Staff were friendly and accommodating however our room had some issues. Water damage on ceiling, electrical outlet issue in bathroom with no blow dryer, door was difficult to open and close. Breakfast had a minimal selection of cereal, bagels or cold boiled eggs in a plastic pouch. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Overall, my family would choose to stay at a different hotel with a pool next time."

"J'étais arrivée après un assez long trajet après avoir vécu un événement assez traumatisant. Tout ce que je voulais faire était de dormir. J'ai bien dormi. Le lit était propre. Quand j'étais arrivée il n' y avait pas de personnel au comptoir pour faire l'enregistrement. Pas de problème, j'ai sonné. Une dame avait répondu et m'avait enregistré. Elle m'avait donné une chambre. Elle était chaleureuse. J'avais besoin d'un chargeur et elle m'en avait emprunté un. Tout allait bien jusqu'au lendemain matin. J'ai vu que ma chambre n'était pas nettoyée. La machine a café avait le café d'un invité précédent. Ils n'avaient pas sorti les poubelles. Les serviettes dans la salle de bain étaient sur le plancher de la baignoire. Je vous jure. Partout. J'ai payé cent piasses par nuit. J'ai demandé un service de nettoyage et le propriétaire était impoli envers moi au début. Il m'avait dit que je cherchais un remboursement. Ils n'ont pas cru mes paroles alors que je disais la vérité. La dame m'avait expliqué plus tard qu'elle avait regardé les caméras enfin elle m'avait cru. Pour régler le problème ils m'ont donné une nouvelle chambre. Je n'ai pas payé cent piasses par nuit pour se faire traiter de voleuse. Il faut être poli envers ses clients. Le gérant était complètement impoli au debut. Un vrai manque de respect. Je n'ai rien demandé qu'un service de nettoyage et des serviettes fraîches. Vous ferez mieux vous loger au Best Western en face de ce motel à moins que vous vouliez économiser."

"Room was very clean. Breakfast was a great surprise with hot eggs and sausage which were very good. The front desk called to check on us after we checked in to make sure everything was okay. Not every hotel does that. Kudos to the front desk person on duty at 5 pm on Sunday June 7th, 2026."

"The Hilton is a great hotel, but my experience with the staff disappointing, especially for a Hilton. There were several issues that came up and there was no consistency. I was unaware there were renovations going on at the hotel, maybe it was posted somewhere but I missed it. I only noticed renovations when I got up to my room on the 4th floor. About 8am in the morning I heard continuous, repeated banging on what sound like was in the room next to mine. I sounded. like someone was hammering nails into the wall. I messaged front desk and they said they'd send someone up. Then told it wasn't renos because renos was on the second floor. At 10am there was drilling. I messaged front desk again. This time they told me that I should know there were renos and they would happen between 7am-3pm. Inconsistent answers. I had originally booked two nights through expedia, when business trip plans fell short I asked if I could have my second night refunded. Front desk told me it was non-refundable and done through a third party (expedia) so they would have to make the exception. Expedia was willing to make the exception. Now the hotel said they weren't. Again, inconsistent. It's a great hotel, but the inconsistency from their staff was extremely disappointing. I felt lied. It felt like they were passing the buck and when the buck came back they had no choice but to own it. I would rather they have owned it from the beginning."
