「This is the best hotel we have ever been to. It is designed, built, and operated by the owner JC Espinoza, an accomplished architect for his clients. The view is simply phenomenal overlooking volcano Masaya which had a minor eruption on Dec 22, 2024. The hotel also overlooks lake Masaya, an old volcano crater. 「I really enjoyed my 5 nights here. The staff were friendly and attentive. The rooms were spacious and clean. The location is close enough to the tourist areas, but also just far enough to feel like you aren’t in the middle of it. The breakfast was very delicious. 」

「My cousin and I loved our stay here. It was wonderful staying in a historical hotel close to the center of town and right in the middle of all the restaurants. Walking distance to the cathedral and park. Breakfast which is included was delicious and you had a choice of what you had. Service was great too 」

The neighborhood is safe and quiet and 10-15 minutes away from everything we needed . It could use remolding but for the location and price it’s perfect I would recommend! 」

「This boutique hotel is a really nice South American historic looking hotel. what we love the most was the gardening feel and the pool, but the service for breakfast and happy staff all around, make it also a real feel. Rooms are very spacious and we felt very safe even though the neighborhood is not per se the nicest.. we did always drive into Granada at night, but at daytime we also walked. 」
