「Unbelievable experience!! Loved everything about this castle… if you want to stay in a 750+ year old castle with unbelievable staff, stay here! Restaurant was great, food amazing… Ano (not sure if I spelled it right) and his wife (and staff) were unbelievably accommodating. Highly recommend staying here! Definitely worth the trip and money… can’t wait to come back!」

「The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Rooms were large and the bed was comfortable. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Both dinner and the included breakfast had a great variety of choices and the food was very good. The surroundings were beautiful in a very quiet area.」

「Property lacked amenities ie, bathroom toiletries, tissues, lack of a hair dryer, towels were worn. Choice of breakfast options was very limited, no fresh fruit & replenishment of options was not attended to adequately. However, property is a charming country getaway. The gardens are peaceful within easy walking distance from the town & railway station . If you’re not too fussed about the above details, it offers a very pleasant cost effective stay. 」

「Wunderschöner Blick auf die Fulda, dank der Upgrades viel Platz. Da der Wellnessbereich und Pool nur zum Tagepreis von Eur 10,- zubuchbar ist, hatte ich leider keine Zeit diese Extras zu testen. Da ich beruflich dort war, war leider auch keine Zeit, um die schöne Gegend zu erkunden. Bei Anreise im Dunklen habe ich nicht auf dem kostenfreien, dunklen Parkplätzen an der Hauptstraße direkt oberhalb der Unterkunft geparkt, sondern für Eur 10,- im abgesperrten Bereich. Man kann aner nach Entladen...

「Keine Empfehlung. Das Zimmer war staubig, ungepflegt und hatte nichts mit Komfort zu tun. Kein Wasser, kein Kaffee oder Tee, die Sauberkeit ließ stark zu wünschen übrig. Der Wellnessbereich entspricht nicht den Bildern und wirkt stark abgenutzt. Für die Sauna zusätzlich Geld zu verlangen ist bei diesem Zustand nicht nachvollziehbar. Preis-Leistung enttäuschend.」
