Problème de climatisation dans la 1er chambre il y’a une fuite d’eau qui s’écoule dans la chambre après changement de chambre dans la seconde chambre la Clim ne fonctionne pas du tout avec une forte chaleur une nuit insupportable

Le personnel est adorable est très souriant mais malheureusement les équipements sont très anciens le porte serviette va bientôt tomber il tiens à peine avec deux vises , la nourriture zéro pointé , première fois à Djerba et je suis très déçu

Mésaventure à KSAR DJERBA

Hôtel horrible, pas digne de 4 etoiles , merite même pas 2 étoiles. Rien à voir avec les photos partagées sur les sites de réservation. Sale , pas de bagagiste , obligé de ramener mes valises à la chambre très loine, pas d'ascenseur , restaurant nul avec uniquement 2 choix de repas au lieu d'un buffet . Pates au thon et émincé de poulet c'est tout. Un seul type de dessert : gâteau congelé. Pas de bouteilles d'eau. Service nul. Pas de réfrigérateur aux chambres. Parking très désagréable et très vieux. Entrée depuis le bar, plein de non résidents bourrés. Bref j'ai passé une nuit et je me suis enfui. A éviter !!!!

Les animations et animateurs très bien mais le reste du personnel reste très limite , pour un tout inclus sa ne vaut pas le cou , tout es couper à l eau pour les boissons et repas toujours répétitif , toboggan pour les enfant ouverrt à partir de 15h dommage et pareil pour le soir la fête et boisson tout fini a minuit sa fait tôt pour des vacances .

Nous avons été très mal reçu par la standardiste de l'hôtel. Il etait 21h10 quandnous sommes arrivés 2 adultes et 4 enfants et elle ne voulait pas nous donné â manger. Heureusement qu un des réceptionniste était plus gentil

Pas fan de ce genre de grosses machines habituellement, mais après 5 jours dans le désert, un peu de confort ne fait pas de mal. Pour une nuit, hors saison touristique, Ksar Djerba est plutôt agréable. Peu de monde, piscine couverte chauffée, jardins agréables... D'autant que le personnel est sympa. Ne pas se cantonner à la zone touristique de Midoun et ne pas hésiter à louer une voiture pour visiter Djerba hors des sentiers battus : côtes sauvages, île aux flamants roses, la grihba, er rhiad et Djerba hood, les souks d'Houmt Souk et le fort...

Nous avons passé deux nuits à Ksar Djerba pour un séjour en famille. Un bon hôtel, service accueillant, animation de bonne qualité, la nourriture correcte et les matelas de bonne qualité. Dommage dans notre cas, nous avons eu une chambre avec une vue sur clôture, avec en face les murs de l'hôtel voisin.
