"We did not stay here! They would not check us in even though I showed them we had paid on Expedia. They wanted cash from us. They said Expedia doesn’t pay them and they wanted us to pay again. We didn’t because the place looked dirty and unfinished. We left. Now I’m trying to get my money back from Expedia. i got through on chat, Bupindher said someone from Expedia service would email me but they have not."

"Located away from the hustle and bustle town of Ella but tuk tuk is easily accessible. We loved our front and back balcony that overlooks the mountains. So peaceful and full of wildlife. If you get the timing's right, you will also see the blue train from Ambewella to Badulla.
Our daily selection of fruits and sri lankan breakfast was amazing. We loved it. We loved our 2 double four poster beds.
Special mention to Sashi who looked after us on our 2 nights stay. He made sure that our stay...
