「It's fascinating to wake up in a room with the great mountains view and tasty Sri Lank breakfast. The owner also offers tuk-tuk ride in Ella. They have one-day package and one ride. The location is a bit far fr city center, it’s better because of quiet. Each tuk-tuk ride between hotel to city center is LRK 500.」

「We had a short trip to Ella and booked Hotel Onrock for one night. The hotel is at the top of a steep hill and was a bit tricky to find but once we found it, I could not fault anything about the hotel. It was very clean and well maintained. The staff were all very friendly and made sure we were comfortable. The room was extremely spacious and the view from our balcony was breathtaking. The highlight for me was the restaurant. 「An amazing experience, sleeping in the canopy of the forest. We saw lots of animals and fireflies at night. Accommodation is basic as you would expect but beds and bathroom were clean. Ella is a 5-10 minute walk away via the railway tracks. Route was easy to find as directed by our host. Breakfast was delicious and filling.」

「度假村离Elle这么远是没有想到的，据说在Hotels.com上标的是空中距离:-( 幸好入住那天一路暴雨，所以错过Elle所有的景点也没有什么遗憾。 酒店很偏僻，紧邻一大片农田，很有巴厘岛乌布的感觉，格外的亲近自然。 因为是生态酒店，一切以融入自然为主题，所以客房不免简单一点。休息区域都在室外，这也造成了一些不方便。 最值得大加赞赏的就是亲近自然。一早起来由向导带领，在度假村范围内观鸟，孔雀、大嘴犀鸟、野鸡随处可见，孔居然雀还跑到了我们居住的度假屋边。 入住当天好像只有我们一行5个客人，所以服务的自然非常好。 餐饮也不错，虽然没有什么特别惊艳，但非常好吃。餐后推荐我们吃了水牛酸奶冻，奶味十足，加上当地的枫糖，口味很好。」

「The view was amazing at Belmont it was absolutely breath taking and the rooms and washrooms were very clean. The breakfast was good as well. The only caution to look out for it there’s bugs that come in the room at night through the door to the balcony if there’s so hidden spaces, but if u stuff a bag or something in those spaces it should be okay. 」
