On the other side, some Credit goes to the breakfast buffet service: Great team: IDA D , IMMA , FEDERICA A,LAMIA, ARIANNA P and EMANUELE whom we have make it a must to congratulate before leaving and promised them that we will be back with great pleasure. They were polite ,professional and competent. This cozy restaurant has left the best impressions! Thumbs up for PATRICIA(room-attendant).The room was so crisp ,wrinkle-free bed linens without any creases. Looking forward to staying with you in the future. What a great place"

"Rooms very spacious, clean and tidy. Reception staff and cleaners were kind and friendly; even though the communication was tricky as I don’t speak much Italian and they don’t speak much English. Thank you Google Translate! Location is great for access to the local restaurants, shops, bus and train station. Bus is about an 8 minute walk and train about 12-15. The breakfast is a reasonable spread of pastries, yoghurt, cereal and cold meats. Could do with a bit of variety as it’s exactly the same every day. After reading other people’s feedback, I brought a travel kettle as there’s no facilities in the room. "

"The hotel ot self was really good, i had a large single with balcony, i thought it was very clean and well presented, all staff was friendly and helpful if needed....... Couple of points the room came with paper cups would of prefered a proper cup especially when pouring boiling water in the paoer cups.. Its located very close to train starion but shake about the area with alot of poverty and very busy in the area, but despite the busy traffic the room was quiet at night.... If i did stay in naples again i woukd more likely return here as breakfast was amazing choice."

"Our stay was fabulous at Mezzatorre. The service staff is spot on. If you’re questioning if it’s worth it - it is. The breakfast was included however we didn’t realize it so we didn’t take advantage of it until the last day and we didn’t really even eat much. Also the thermal spas are included as well. And the bed and toiletries are great as well. We stayed 3 nights and felt like 1 more would have been better. "
