「房間空間小，行李很重只能放一樓客廳，要爬樓梯到二樓，東西只能需要什麼下來拿，房裡沒有垃圾桶，廁所不乾淨，很多毛屑灰塵，房間也沒提供鑰匙，房東表示鑰匙不見了...」

「-鄰近鉄路站及多條巴士路線站，交通方便。 -鄰近有多類商舖，購買日用品或找食店非常方便。 -每日會有职員主動清理房間，房間床舖，洗手間很乾淨舒適。 -房内暖氣足夠，浴室熱水供應非常充足。 -有共用微波爐，电水㷛及雪櫃設施，還有免費自助洗衣設備可供使用，屋主真細心。 -早餐有4款選擇，屋主廚藝了得並且非常友善。 -下次有机會到温哥華一定會再預約此間民宿。」

The property is close enough to downtown for convenience and far enough away for quiet and serenity. Dylan's Diner is a short walk away for a delicious diner style breakfast. Cathy provides marvelous service. Eggs were delicious, high quality, and cooked perfectly as requested.」
