「Excellent property to stay, will definitely be back」

Espero regresar pronto.」

「This is an excellent place to stay while visiting the Laguna de Apoyo. Location is rustic and beautiful. Food is excellent. Staff is incredible. They arranged transportation which was a plus. You can order things, meals, to your room and pay an itemized bill with your card at check out. I can't say enough about the place.」

「If you're looking for a budget place to stay, this is it no-frills, no amenities, just a room ac did not get cold breakfast was okay, staff, very helpful. Excellent staff.」

「Our stay in the property was amazing, spectacular views and delicious food!!!」

「We had a great 4 nights stay in the Estrada Hotel. The room was spacious and quite, comfortable beds, nicely working AC. The breakfast is wonderful. The staff are very friendly. They arrange our ariport pickup and drop-off and we paid only $10 for the late checkin, which was very nice, since our flight was at night. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel.」

Victoria of the cleaning staff was very great and wonderful in regards to the cleaning of my room and greeted when ever I saw her around the hotel. However Grepseell one of the staff members at the front desk was very rude and nasty. At one point she spoke to my guest very rudely and nasty. She made it a point to belittle him. I would not recommend anyone to...
