「A truly amazing inn in the heart of Somerset. The staff are so lovely helpful and enthusiastic. the food is superb and just in the right quantity to feel full but not over full. 「If you are looking for a vfm option in West Bay this hotel is the place. We had room 7 on the first floor, spacious, whirlpool bath and even a teapot. In our opinion 2 negatives for this room, the mattress was way too soft and the seagulls from 0400hrs, can't really do anything about the 2nd being near the sea!!! The breakfast is quality, great choice and only £10 per day. The hotel is not statebor modern if that is what you are looking for, however the atmosphere and staff make up for it.」

「Our stay at monkton court was exceptional our hosts Steve & Cara couldn’t do enough our breakfast was always bought to us the time we asked and Delicious. Steve’s poached eggs were perfect . The Maple where we stayed was very clean and bed was so comfortable. Would definitely stay again . 」

Couple of great recommendations for food. Location is right in the heart of this small town and with pubs and restaurants within a short stroll. Electric charging onsite is a bonus!!
