「The room has no air conditioning, and the temperature is quite uncomfortable. According to the front desk, they are not authorized to turn it on. How is one supposed to sleep when it is so hot in the room? This shows very poor judgment on the part of the hotel management.」

To make matters worse, the shower was clogged with a disgusting clump of hair. When I complained, they promised a cleaning service at a certain time, but they arrived three hours late.
