"For the price, this hotel offers great value. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and having a washing machine downstairs was very convenient during our stay. One of the highlights is the scenic pool on the top floor with beautiful views. Keep in mind that this place is more like an Airbnb than a luxury hotel, so don’t expect high-end amenities. "Save your money and don't go to this hotel, They don't have any respect for their guests. No one is available at the front desk. There is a power outage every 2 hrs and ac is to old to cool the rooms. It was hot whole night. Also when you open the balcony's door the ac stops working and resets! What a shame and disrespectful. The bathroom is too small and rusted. Seems they don't do maintenance on their amenities. There is no towel in their rooms, no shampuan, no soaps. Service is zero,...

"This was by far the best stay we had over 2 weeks in Turkey and one of the best house rentals we've had. The house was beautifully designed and spacious for our family of 4; the air conditioning worked very well despite afternoon temps in the high 90s; and the location was perfect for visiting Ephesus. The manager also kindly arranged a taxi for us to and from Sirince so we could do some evening wine tasting there. It was a terrific place to stay. "

"A beautiful hotel just on the edge of the busy stretch of Kuşadasi. We stayed in a suite which was impeccably clean and the three balconies gave us wonderful views of the water, the sunset and the town. Each balcony was equipped with 2 chairs and a side table. The amenities were perfect- mini fridge, bathrobes, slippers, etc. We used the pools and the hammam, and were able to thoroughly relax. The staff were very friendly, and helpful with directions and transportation. We felt that we were in a little oasis away from the business of the town and had a fantastic stay!"

"The room and the bathroom is in good condition. However, do not open the curtains to watch the view!! Breakfast was very good. Parking is terrible. There should be an allocated space for hotel. I just could not find a place to park on street. Although, it is a very safe place to walk around till late at night, it is a hassle to carry the luggages up to the hotel."

"Loved the Seaview from the room & short walk across the road to the beach for a swim. Having a Fridge was a huge benefit. Great breakfast buffet choice & enjoyed a freshly cooked cheese omelette. Staff went above & beyond to ensure great stay. Have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to others."
