The lady staff is nice and provided us information going around. My only issue is with the tap water. After boiling the water, it looks very dirty. But we were not informed when checked in. So we only took two small bottled water instead of the larger one as I told the staff I like boiled water better.

A well-located hotel, with wonderful helpful staff, and an amazing homemade breakfast. The rooms are clean, good-sized, and have good water pressure and hot water. The only things which prevent a perfect score are minor ones. The hotel is located right across from a mosque, which means the pre-sunrise call to prayer is relatively loud (as compared to other places we've stayed in Turkiye). Just something to be aware of, if you're a light sleeper. The beds are very firm, even for us which prefer our mattresses on the firm side. Finally, the wifi was a bit flaky during our stay - cutting in and out occasionally. There is wifi on each floor, so we sometimes found switching to a different floor was a better signal than our floor's signal. But again, these were all minor, and we still enjoyed our stay a lot - and would stay here again.

This hotel is located in a central area with easy access to many restaurants, a train station and sightseeing areas. On the day we arrived, we walked about 10 mins to visit St. John’s Basilica and the castle. On our next day, we booked a tour through our hotel, which took us to the House of Virgin Mary, Ephesus Ruins, Sirence Village, Temple of Artemis. This tour cost us around 110 Euros, but it was well worth it because it covered so many sights and the guide was incredibly knowledgeable. We wouldn’t have learned the information we did if we set out independently without the tour. Plus, the tour includes lunch. Another highlight for us was the amazing breakfast served at this hotel - it was delicious. Also, the incredible people who work there who are so hospitable and kind and go out of their way to offer help.
