Overall good experience, the quality of food and drinks is average, I have seen better in Turkey for the same price. The facilities are nice, the pool and waterslides are great as well as the beach. The rooms are a bit small, the property is not walking distance from the city center. The staff is friendly and polite.

Quiet and nice

The dinner and lunch were great. A lot of great food. ,Service also good. The challenge was that nobody spoke English. However, we used Google translate. Maybe less music during the day around the pool would be good. It was a bit intense at times😊

Where to begin. The water smelled of sulfur, the tub filled with rust, the bed, linens, and towels are gave me a rash, and the food was nauseating. There are some decent hotels in Dikili. This is not one of them.

Es war das schlimmste Hotel in dem ich je war! Wir mussten unser Urlaub unterbrechen und sind gleich am nächsten Tag nach der Ankunft ausgecheckt! Das Hotel ist alt und schmutzig. Als wir ankamen war das Bad dreckig, die duschgels angebrochrn und Haare an der Badewanne. Trotz unserer bitte das Badezimmer gründlich zu reinigen geschah nichts. Aber es wurde noch schlimmer..... Das Wasser war braun! Die Mitarbeiter wollten uns mit voller Kraf davon überzeugen, dass das Grundwasser derzeit unrein ist und sie das Wasser mit Chlor bearbeiten. 1. Konnten sie das verschmutze Grundwasser nicht nachweisen, 2. hatte die Chefrezeptionistin uns bestätigt, dass das unreine Grundwasser mit Eisentabletten und Chlor gereinigt wird und somit kein Trinkwasser und auch kein Wasser zum waschrn sei. Es war der reinste Horror, die meisten Mitarbeiter waren unverschämt, nachdem wir uns wegen dem Wasser beschwert haben. Das verunreinigte Wasser war bereits vor unserem Check In bekommt, trotzdem wurden wir nicht darüber inormiert..... ein Albtraum der zwar nach 24 std ende war aber trotzdem zu lange war...

Klimalar sogutmuyordu. Hijyen ve temizlik yetersizdi. Odanın temizlenmesini istemememize rağmen temizlenmedi. Biten yiyecekler yerine yenisi gelmiyor.Tuvalette mideniz bulanacak kadar pis.Havuzlarda yosunlar vardı ve kirliydi. Çalışanlar çok iyi ve çalışkanlar fakat sabahtan geceye çalışan personeller vardı. Çalışanlar yetersizdi.Eşim, bir cocugumuz ve benim için 2 havlu verdiler. 3. Plaj havlusu verilmedi.İkinci oda anahtarı da istememize rağmen verilmedi. Odadaki havlular da plaj havluları da çok eskiydi. Yemekler lezzetli değildi. Özel plajı var ama halk plajiyla birlikte olduğundan güvenli değildi.Otel ile birlikte herkesin şemsiyesi vardi. İskele de çok bakimsizdi. İskelede ayağınıza kıymık batması çok olası. İskeleye bir zımpara attirsaydiniz bari. Otelin iskelesi otel dışından da kullanılıyordu. Misafirlerin ilettigi sorunlara otel yonetimi çözüm saglamadi.

Hizmet ve bina düzelene kadar gidilmez

Yorumlarda kötü olduğunu gördüm ama abartı sandığım için gittim. tüm kötü yorumları ne kadar doğru olduğunu gördüm. Yemekler çok kötü, lezzetsiz, soğuk. Bira bol sulu. Çay bile rezalet. Temizlik vasat. Örnek verecek olursam. Bebeğim düşmesin diye yatağı duvara doğru çektim. Yatağın altı full çöp ve toz doluydu. Akşam müzik gürültüsünden zor uyuduk. Sular tuzlu temizlenemiyorsunuz. Otel eski. Tek iyi yanı denize yakın olması. Birde resepsiyondaki çalışanlar güler yüzlü. O kadar. Bir daha mümkün değil gitmem. Dikili de hersey dahil alternatif bir otel olmadıkça kendilerini duzelteceklerini sanmıyorum.

Otel genel olarak eski ve bakımsızdı. Banyo ve tuvalet çok eski ve bazı yerlerde pas lekeleri vardı. Sifon ve fön makinası çalışmıyordu. Odayı değiştirmek istediğimizde ilgisiz bir şekilde boş odalarının olmadığını söylediler ama site üzerinden hala boş odalar gözükmekteydi. Yemek saatinde boş masa bulamıyorsunuz. Çalışanlar iyiydi onun dışında pek olumlu bir şey yok.

ASLA GİDİLMEYECEK OTEL

Otele ilk girdik normal gibi duruyor. Asansör tam shining sahnesi gibiydi. 4 kişi diyor ama siz 2 kişi binin lütfen. Koridor araları pencerelerde saçma sapan kalpli tül perdeler var. Neyse odaya girdiğinizde duşlar resmen DUŞAKABİR. Tuvaletin sifonu bozuktu klimalar tam randramanlı çalışmıyordu. Yatak yastık toz kokuyordu ve çok rahatsızdı. Tuvalet kağıdı 3. İstememizde geldi. 2 çeşit ana yemek çıkıyor pilavlar baldo pirinçten bile değil makarnalar çok yağlı. Tek çeşit ekmek var. (Tambuğday fln ararsanız asla yok) 20 bardak bira bile içseniz asla etki etmiyor çünkü aşırı sulu biralardı. Bazooka vodka ve gilbeys cin vardı. Şezlonglar kırık dengesiz ve çok rahatsızdı akşam bir etkinlik yoktu arife bayramın 2. Günü akşamları bomboştu. Alkol alkol değil yemek yemek değil. Muamele hiç iyi değil paramız boşuna gitti aklı olan kimsenin gitmemesi lazım. Bu otele asla gitmeyin. Gitmeyin ki kendilerini yenileyip düzeltsinler.

Hotel dans un endroit calme, très bonne cuisine, petit déjeuner copieux mais malheureusement l'air conditionné était insuffisants, le frigos ne fonctionnait pas et la wifi jamais accessible.

1.katta konakladık. 1.kat genelde 1-2 günlük konaklama yapacaklara veriliyormuş. Otelde genel olarak klima dolayısıyla soğutma sorunu vardı, "bugün sorun giderilecek" dendiği halde bir süredir devam ettiğini duydum. Personel iyi niyetliydi ancak az sayıda oldukları için yetersizdi. Tesis yeni el değiştirmiş, adı da yakın zamanda değişmiş, personel iyi niyetli ancak bazı memnuniyetsizliklerden dolayı bizim kaldığımız 1 günde bile ayrılan personeller olduğunu, kalan personelin de düzensiz çalıştırıldığını gördük ve duyduk. Buna rağmen tekrar belirtmem lazım personel iyi niyetli ve yardımcıydı. Otel dışı olarak; iskele giriş yaptığımız gün bakımdaydı, zaten dalgalı olduğu için tercih etmedik. Kumsal ve şezlonglar iyiydi. Yemek yenen dış alanda masa yanındaki giderlerden koku geldiği için çok tercih etmedik. Otopark ful doluydu, biraz zor yer bulabildik. Oda numamız 135'idi. Giriş yaptığımızda tuvalet kağıdı konmamıştı. Eski tip bir küvet ve duşu mevcut. Sanırım yemek yapılan yerin hemen üstündeydik, tuvaletteki havalandırmadan yemek kokuları geliyordu. Odamız personelin dinlediği arka alana baktığı için biraz gürültülüydü.

Otel konumu gayet güzel. Personel güleryüzle ve ilgili. Yiyecek ve içecek kalitesi maalesef çok vasat. Bundan daha kalitesiz bir herşey dahil olmaz diye düşünüyorum. Oda temizliğine önem verilmeli. Housekeeping kontrolü yapılmalı.

Sakın konaklamak gibi bir hataya düşmeyin

Otel otoparkı olarak ayrılmış alanda gelişi güzel araç park edildiği için aracımızı yol kenarına park etmekle başladı serüven,sözde 4 yıldız olan otelin bizim rezervasyon yaptıgımız oda dışında başka bir oda ayarlandığını belirttiler sorun yapmadan odamıza çıktık odaya gelene kadar otel koridoru ve asansör oldukça kirliydi ve hiç bir covid 19 önlemine uyulmuyordu.oda ise tam bir fiyasko, yatak örtüleri kirli, klima çalışmıyor, banyoda bir küvet ve duş başlıgına bağlanmıs bir bahçe hortumu. Bu kadar kalitesiz bir otel daha alt klasmanda bile konaklamamıstım.

Tercih edilebilir

Evlilik yıldönümümüz için tercih ettik. Musaitlik durumundan dolayı deniz tarafı oda imkanı verdikleri için çok teşekkür ederiz :) oda genel olarak iyi fakat temizlikle ilgili biraz sıkıntılıydı. Tozlu alanlar vardı ve cam ve aynalar temiz görünmüyordu. Gece klima yeteri kadar soğutmadığı için uyumakta güçlük çektik. Yeme içme idare eder daha iyi olabilirdi. Personel çok yardımsever ve nazik. İlgileri için teşekkür ederiz :)
