「Convenient, comfortable」

「We live in the UK and had booked a trip to stay at Herman K. Unfortunately, due to a last-minute UK evisa issue, we were unable to leave the country and make our trip. The hotel team was incredibly kind and understanding throughout our communication. They showed great flexibility and generously agreed to move our booking to a later date. We’re very grateful for their support and professionalism, and we look forward to staying with them in the near future.」

We truly appreciated the free wine Happy Hour each evening as well as the free tipples at night. An unexpected treat! The staff were very courteous and helpful. 「Storage space is a bit small for the room, the bed is comfortable and lighting have four mode for choice which is interesting. The kitchen is pretty small. Bathroom is fine and clean esp. non-peak hour. It’s a pretty good hostel as my experienced. 」

「We had a problem with beds on the first night, however this did not spoil our stay! An amazing hotel...great architecture and design throughout. The round window was great and very comfortable. The breakfast was the best I've ever had and all served up in a beautiful rood-top restaurant. We loved the wine hour in the bar, such a sociable thing to do. Excellent stay from start to finish.」

「The staff is very friendly and helped a lot with town guidance. The hotel has a wonderful cafe on the ground floor, and very comfortable. The only small negative points are, there was no fridge in the room, and no tissue paper (I guess it's a very environmentally friendly concept). During my three-night stay, I put the tag "no need to clean the room" on the door, but when I come back to my room on the last day, the shower curtain was totally disappeared. It was very weird and scary, and...
