We picked this hotel specifically for the pool. When we arrived, the front desk attendant informed us that the main pool was shut down but the kids pool area was open. We were disappointed but checked in as our kids are younger and would still have fun. Entering our room, the first thing we noticed was a damp smell. The room itself looked mostly ok at first glimpse but was dated, some walls had bits of plaster fall off and there was a grounding cable sticking out from behind the AC. The prospect of pool time kept us there. We took a break and an hour later went to check out the pool. There was no sign at the door informing about the shut down. When we saw that the water for the kids pool area was shut off, we went back to the front desk and were rather rudely informed that "as she said" the pool was shut down (no, she said only the main pool was shut down). The kids were crushed as by now it was too late to find another hotel. Took the kids for ice cream. After getting back and getting ready for bed, we found stains on the sheet (underneath the comforter). One pillow had mascara stains, another had a big whole in the pillow case (both on the backside, so not visible earlier). Nobody at the front desk to talk to. The night itself was rough. The AC was noisy and the room likely had mold somewhere as I started having breathing issues. At 3am we had enough and decided to leave. While packing up, we found a cockroach. Nobody at the front desk to discuss issues with. Never again.

Our room had major damage, a hole in the wall, dirty walls, dirty comforter, and main lights that didn’t work. When we brought it up to management they just told us the room was useable and fine and that they “wouldn’t charge us for damages later”. When trying to check out we had to hunt down someone who worked there to finally give us a receipt. Spent 148 dollars on a dirty and damaged room… not very thrilled.

The pool and small water slide and features are fun...but it looks dirty due to stains I'm sure from over the years. Hot tub was broken at our stay last year and now a big tarp covers it. Pool water is very cold! Our room smelled musty and like stale smoke. This was our 4th stay here and I'm not sure if we'll be back.

Room was good! The gentleman that checked us in was excellent! The breakfast was very enjoyable! Only negative was the surrounding driveway and access was very negative in appearance!

Very dirty. Elevator looked like it hadnt been wiped down or cleaned in forever. Same with door glass on exit doors, very dirty and disgusting. Front desk staff was rarely ever to be found if we needed something. Outside property was kind of dirty with over trash also. Bed was comfortable but bed sheets were so stretched out and would not stay on bed! Vacuuming behind room doors and along walls was non existent!!

The bedding was dirty, full of holes/threadbare. The curtains were broken. Screens on windows of the building were flapping broken. The air conditioning in the common areas did not work - it was over 90 degrees outside and close to that inside. The manager on duty was very understanding and good to work with. The building seems to be in general disrepair, both inside and outside. Wish I’d read the reviews prior to booking! Cancelled my room (Expedia was surprisingly great to work with) and went across the street to a much cleaner and less expensive hotel.

The swimming pool was ice cold. There are no lilly pads and rope like it shows in the pictures. Hot tub fenced off, broken down. Very disappointing for us and the children. The slide and spash area were acceptable.

Booked this property mid-May for June 20th-22nd. It was a king bed room with a pull out couch and the reservation showed it was for 2 adults and 2 children. Went to make up the couch for kids and realized they provided no bedding or pillows. Went to the front desk and the just said sorry, we've given all the extras away because of the extra kids staying here. Except my kids werent extra. My room was reserved for 4 people so those should have been provided. I got a shrug and we'll talk to the housekeep in the morning. Turns out we didnt need the bedding because the AC was broken. It had an error code and was just blowing air from outside. So we all roasted all night long. The room is dated and dirty/stained. Other items that we had issues with were the rod for the shower curtain was falling off so the curtain would not stay closed and came open about 6-12 inches on both sides. We checked out a day early because of the issues we had. When I checked out and explained the issues, I was told that i would get $143 refunded when the person that could do it was there later in the day. It was $400 for the 2 nights booked and 2 days later, I still do not shiw that I have a refund pending. Save yourself the headache and stay somewhere else.

Small rooms, cheap beds not comfortable, tv didn't work, card keys didn't work after checking in then again the next day. However the room was clean and staff was friendly.
