「The pool closes very early, and the breakfast was cold」

「I was super disappointed. If you’re booking based off photos, do NOT book here. The hotel is nothing like what is photographed and was disgusting. There was mold on the shower curtains, our door barely shut, and I felt extremely uncomfortable/unsafe. I’m pretty sure this room was the “go to” room for guests staying here. It was very rundown.」

「The room and property were clean. Our room had two double beds, was spacious, and had cute,, funky decor. It's a "no frills" room but did have shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The Keurig was in the hallway for all guests on the floor to share, but there were plenty of pods and condiments. There is no front desk. We were given a door code for check in that activated without a problem at 4 pm. The hotel is in a great area, literally steps from Bacchus Restaurant and Bar, a new brewery next...

「The way they have this listed is like you ate getting the house but actually they put you in a cottage, which was nice and clean just a little confusing otherwise everything was great.」

「The location is too close to road so that it's convenient but noisy. Laundry environment is not very clean. We gave up to use the washing machine since somebody left cloth in it for a long time. The bathtub got stuck but was fixed soon.」

「The Bay Town Inn has it all! Perfect location to downtown BSL but just a short distance away from the noise & traffic when you need it. Clean & spacious room with kitchenette was just what I needed as a solo traveler. Convenient guest parking was gem The staff is friendly from the manager to the pool ladies who make sure you have everything you need; from a towel to a pillow.
