They refused to give us the rooms we booked as apparently they didn’t have them ( 2 double bed rooms) but we saw them later during our stay. The reception staff are useless and do not help at all. There was a large yellow stain on the duvet cover when we arrived, the staff refused to change it until the next morning, he just walked off when we asked. You have to ask for...
