「It was definitely very clean and nice,staff was very helpful ,always attentive to our need and comfort.The best part was the peaceful quite all around.breakfast buffet was good.The only negative thing about this place was the lunch and dinner option ,extremely overpriced ,limited choice.the food was not up to my expectation in such a beautiful place.Thank you」

「Worst experience ever! No hot water what so ever. Got bitten by bedbugs 50-60 times a night. Cockroaches on the floor. No cleaning for four days. I constantly had to ask for more toilet paper. 45 USD a night for this is a joke! Even the name is a lie. The only view you have is right into another tall building. 」

「It is a terrible apartment full of dust, insects, dirty bedsheets, did not provide towels. no water and moved to another apartment with same conditions. Since we paid more than the double of normal rate, owner told us to stay two days for the same money. But when we checked out, the counter manager asked for money for the 2nd night with the same rate. We did not agree on that and leave the hotel. They came behind us to a bus and asked for full money for two days and told they do not know...
