The kind of guests I came across last 24 hours it feels the facility is above average rather excellent....outside environment is absolutely unwelcoming. Property itself is taken care...and if someone thinks staying inside the the hotel is considered vacation then no complain atall.

They charge for every little thing, check in time so late. Ridiculous charges which no other hotel in other parts of the world don’t ever charge. Bedsheets were dirty too. Would recommend choosing another place for this price. Location in city centre the only thing about it.

Bad experience

Horrible service. I prepaid the two rooms 15 days back through hotels.com but while checkout, I was given a bill to pay again by the front desk stuffs. Also, I asked for a coffee "take away" so that I could enjoy that from the beach but the stuff took an hour to deliver that. An hour for a cup of coffee!

The location of the hotel is really good. The hotel condition is not good. Renovation is going on for a long time and this is impacting Guest's relaxation. The facility is not that good. I had to call multiple times to the room services as so many things are not working. Standing shower after beach visit is always dirty. Food availability is not easy to stay this hotel. Flies are roaming around in the restaurants. All hotel service personals need proper training on food safety, hygiene and hospitality. Bar does not have much option for drinking. Overall, horrible experience.

a very nice beach hotel

This is a really nice hotel located right on Cox's Bazar beach. Even though we didn't have an seafront room, we had a junior suite that had wonderful views of the sea from both of our balconies. It's quite a great design to facilitate this. Staff was helpful and friendly...starting with Noor at check in, to Rupak at the breakfast egg station and others whose names I won't remember. Breakfast was good, though very much Bengali favorites heavy. There were two points that were annoying and ought to be addressed by management. One, there were regular power outages. This isn't a problem since a back up power supply kicked in quite quickly. What was a problem was that when the air conditioning was starting up again in our room after a power outage there was quite a loud alarm sound that would sometimes last rather long. This would happen at all hours of the night. There was no way to sleep through it. There must be a way that alarm can be muffled or turned off (I can't understand what the purpose is for it). And the other is that the Wi-Fi was similarly undependable. Not the worst we've had, but it would go in and out with regular needs to sign in again.

Sayeman is the perfect location for those wanting ocean views and long beach walks! I also suggest taking an CNG to Ramu to visit a grand Buddha & other historic sites!!

Nice hotel - bad massage/spa

This is a very nice hotel, where I have stayed several times. For the first time I now tried the massage. Unfortunately it showed out to be a very bad experience. Very low quality of this, lack of engagement from staff who were obviously bored and unexperienced. In general a bad experience that is in general contrast to this nice hotel.

The food ordered as part of room service was very poor. Both of us got sick from it. There was barely any preparation/ work done for COVID 19 apart from few scattered info graphic posters around the hotel. We did not feel safe around breakfast buffet and other common area

On the beach and quite nice and clean. Staff was very helpful and accommodating l. However when I checked in they gave me a coupon for only 1 usage of the pool. I asked them why only 1 hour they didn’t have a good rasp. To tell me. For 150 USD I paid for the room I expected unlimited access for the pool. Also as have come to realize that hotels in Bangladesh charge foreigners a lot more than locals. !!

I do not use this hotel again.

I was very disappointed. Despite early checkout requests due to flight schedules, The staff doubted me by saying that they could not find two bathrobes when I first entered the room, there was no bathrobe. They doubt their guests, they are just trusting the staff said and without a checklist. I do not want to get it at all if you give me a lot of bathrobes. Check-out took 40 minutes.
