「This was an exceptional stay. We met the GM Mr David who took a personal interest in our stay upgrading us to a VIP room which was exceptional. He was amazing. We really appreciated the special attention. Even gave us his baseball cap for our trip into Jim Corbett.」

「We have booked super delux room through Agoda with a price tag of Rs 6000 /- approx for 1 day but our stay was a disaster in this property. They don’t have laundry bag , they don’t promptly provide scissor for tag cutting, they don’t have steam iron , they don’t have fan in the room and on demand they provide a damage table fan .
