「We booked 2 rooms. One room had too much dust and bedsheet was dirty so the staff had to be called to get that cleaned. Other room has toooooo much rose freshner on the bed. It took hours to get that smell out by opening the window. Hotel should have given some discount for the time wasted due to this. We asked, but they did not. Food and service at the cafetaria was excellent. 」

Very courteous staff at the restaurant including Mr Virender and Mr Negi, and equally brilliant housekeeping. However, the staff at the front desk is a big let-down as they are mostly clueless about anything to do around the hotel or have to call in someone higher up all the time. Also could do with some smiles on their faces. An even bigger issue is they don't provide any meals or even a basic blanket...

The Corbett area is full of resorts and this one is about 20km from the main gates, so be aware of that while booking. 「The location looks good at first, but later feels just average. There is jungle right opposite and a village behind the property, which can cause some disturbance. A cattle shed adjoining the property sometimes causes a dung smell near the restaurant area, and a few dogs outside bark frequently. However, the deer calls at night and the 5 km jungle patch drive to reach the property, especially in the evening, are enjoyable. 「The hotel location is misleading as the gps coordinates are about 14 km away from the actual hotel address. The hotel needs to fix the technical issues as they did not have my reservation details during check-in and I had to call hotels.com to share the details with the property.」

「I really want to appreciate the staff present at the hotel. So diligent and polite they were. They even served the breakfast in bed as per our request. We wanted a scissors in an urgent situation. The hotel arranged it anyhow in less than half an hour. They really go out of the box to help you. The food was amazing. They ensured we had a safe and peaceful stay. We stayed at ground floor which had an awesome patio up front and there is lawn just outside with tables and chairs to enjoy outdoors. A group of adult males brought liquor bottle and stated drinking right outside our patio all the while taking in foul language. This kind of behavior should be controlled by the management.」
