「The room was clean, but the air conditioning was very loud and disrupted our sleep. The body wash dispenser in the shower did not work. 「So the place was extremely clean. The staff was so helpful. The manager on duty over the weekend was the absolute best. She gave me a referral to the turtle zoo which was absolutely a beautiful experience. I probably will definitely be staying again just because of the location. But I was extremely disappointed that the pool was not up in operational. 「I booked this place months in advance. The day of, the host sends me a message to call him to discuss the reservation. He provides no phone number. After looking and finding the number, I call him. He tells me there is an issue with the 'tenant' and the location has changed. I ask him if the new place is compatible and he assures me it is. He tells me he will send the new location shortly. It is now about 9:40am. Noon time comes around and I have not heard back from him so I message again....
