Customer service was excellent. There was a problem with our room and they fixed it asap. Then we had a reservation link and they very helpful with that as well. Great place and we will stay here again.

Staff was nice, room was ok. The floor in the room seemed dirty. I pulled a hair definitely not mine out of the "clean" wash cloth. The elevator was broken. The halls were clean when we got there. When we returned after our concert there was thick mud from boots and probably a whole container of blueberries spilled on the hall floor. Beds seemed clean enough.

The room was clean, staff was nice but the elevator was broke and I had to make many trips up and down the 4th floor to the car and I had two dogs. They should've offered a discount for the inconvenience. Another disappointment was they don't offer military discount.

Whenever I walked in the front door of the hotel I kept smelling marijuana. When I asked the staff at the desk they explained that people were bringing in the smell on their clothes and there was nothing the staff could do. The next day as I walked in I could smell a heavier smell of marijuana and when I looked at the girl at the front desk I could tell she had been recently smoking marijuana. I booked a non smoking hotel. I understand that marijuana is legal, but to keep smelling it everytime I walked in the front door was not a good impression. The rooms smelled great as if they were pumping a nice smell throughout the hotel.

Drove down to the area to attend a show. Briefly stayed one night. Obviously didn't spend much time in the room as I was that an event. The building was well put together and clean. The finishes, furniture, vending, and equipment was all in good shape and relatively modern. My room was clean. The heating and cooling system worked well. There were no funky smells. It is just the basics but that's what you get for the price which was my biggest qualifier for booking a hotel close to the venue I was attending. There is a need for improvement on the staffing front. The few brief encounters I had with staff were pleasant but there's very few of them and they are not there very often so it's kind of a fend for yourself situation. I had to leave before anybody was going to be on the schedule for the day to check me out as checkout was at 11:00 and staff would not arrive until 10:00 a.m. . I was worried I would be double charged since I wasn't able to check out with a tangible person in the moment but all seems to be well. I would stay at this property again.

Front desk workers were amazing! I was super unhappy with the first room I was given (not what I reserved) and they worked so hard to fix the issue. I ran out and came back to a basket with all of the supplies we needed for the week! Great location! Lots of long term residents here, and everyone was super nice and welcoming.

The floors were disgusting, literally we had to wear our shoes and wipe feet on towels to get in bed. Felt unsafe as no staff on site after 10 pm. Service was great at check in. No coffee, no blow dryers, no ice …. A few amenities goes a long way.

STAFF WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND

Cathy, one of the managers, was caring and went out of her way to ensure I had everything I needed and had a comfortable stay! I was staying here as one of my sisters was in a hospital and Cathy always asked how I was doing and how my sister was doing! Just a really nice, supportive touch!
