It was so noisy and the pool was so cold! We told the reception and no action made! They said the maintenance guy is not available. That really pissed my kids off during their fall break. Mattresses are really old and need to be replaced. Over all it was a bad stay at tru by Hilton this time!!!

The room was not clean, and the bed was very uncomfortable. It was also extremely noisy, and we could clearly hear people in the other rooms. Unfortunately, the overall experience was not comfortable or relaxing.

Shortly before my actual stay i read some reviews on this hotel and was kind of nervous about the possibility of having a not great experience. My mind was changed quickly. The rooms are small but clean, every single staff member from the check in desk to each and every maintenance/housekeeping we walked by greeted us and wished us a nice day. We didn't have breakfast but there were alot of people that seemed to be enjoying it in the really nice lobby area. We didn't use the pool or fitness room but they both looked clean and well maintained. Great location for an overnight stay for a concert not far down the road from the hotel, easy to get to and from. I would definitely stay here again.
