"The main highlight is of course aquapark, nothing more impressive to look in this hotel. Despite 3-stars level the staff at the reception desk could be more friendly and customer-oriented. We had a chance to talk to Konrad and it was not the most pleasant one that we faced in our life. "We loved our stay at the Tuchmacher. The area is very lovely in the old town of the city and everything is within walking distance. Housekeeping was on point. Please note, that no coffee machine or ironing board and iron were in the room. We would definitely stay again at the Tuchmacher."

"We really enjoyed our vacation at this hotel. Quick check in. Clean room which was warm in winter. The room was well cleaned. The only downside (someone already wrote about it) the toilet is very close to the sink. At night it was quiet and we slept well. Now about the pool - it is super. The water is warm, the pool is a good size, you can safely swim (adult and not only children). Next to the pool there is a salt room with sun beds, Turkish sauna, Finnish sauna, jacuzzi with salt water and on...

"Historical place with some limitations. The layout of room and bathroom bit strange: room enormous and bathroom very tiny. Too few sockets, no place for cosmetics in the bathroom while just a shelf would make a change. For more then a week we wait for refund of overcharged payment. Breakfast awfull- bad organisation, cold food."
