There were extra security bolts in place, but didn't look installed properly to prevent any serious break-in attempt. There was barbed wire around the parking lot fence and the stairs to the second level were not in a public visible area. It didn't really feel safe. I reported the problem with the window at check out, but the staff either...

「Not booking at Staybridge ever again. I booked my suite at least 3 weeks before our stay only to be told upon arrival that they canceled our reservation because they were overbooked and didn't have the cleaning staff. I asked what we were supposed to do now and they said, "I'm sorry, I don't know." They didn't offer to help find us a new place to stay and couldn't explain why our reservation was one of the (multiple) ones that were canceled when I booked 3 weeks ago. Found a Hilton Garden Inn...
